To demystify the seven chakra system and different practices in general.
Helping others along their journey by providing guidance and tools that can help them to understand and work with themselves and the elements that are within us, and that surround us.
Holding space for those that wish to take the journey and incorporate new ideas and ways of being, that feed the soul and enable you to shine and be the best version of yourself – whatever that may look like for you.

Elemental Chakra is a conversation between you and I (the author). It provides:

It is about sharing ideas and experiences, working out what fits best inside you and what works for you in your life.
Photos and illustrations
All of the images within Elemental Chakra are either representations of the different modalities, ideas, and thoughts discussed, or the recipes that have been created to help work with each chakra, within the Seven-Chakra-System.
Working closely with Krystal Jade has meant that the images truly capture the essence of my work. Each set was lovingly and gratefully created, then received by a talented eye with an understanding of the importance that images hold, in helping to provide guidance, not only through the photography process but also illustrations and layout.
